Terms & Conditions of Sale

Intro

• These terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all orders placed by a purchaser (“Purchaser”) of Lesaka corporate wear (“the Goods”).
• The Purchaser acknowledges that these terms and conditions govern all orders placed by it at any time and from time and as such constitute a binding agreement between the Purchaser and Lesaka.
• Acceptance of any Goods ordered shall constitute the Purchaser’s acceptance of these terms as solely applicable and controlling, notwithstanding usage of trade or course of dealing to the contrary.

Contract Terms

• C&R Brand Solutions are the Sole Providers of the corporate apparel, bags and gifting selection in this catalogue.
• The purpose of the online corporate store is to facilitate purchasing within the Lesaka group. These items are not for 3rd party reselling.

User Accounts

• Accounts are automatically created after an order has been placed.
• Upon entering email address The Purchaser will receive a sign-in link via email. This link is valid for 14 days or until a different browser is used, for security purposes.
• Upon returning the Purchasers account dashboard will be visible to view order history, preferred payment options (where applicable) and delivery address.
• Purchasing on this platform permits marketing on relevant products. All information is handled according to the POPIA.Please contact us marketing@crbrands.co.za for more information.

Delivery

This is in the borders of South Africa Only.

• All orders ex-stock will be processed within 72 hours of placement (“Process Period”); provided that the date on which the Process Period shall commence shall not fall over weekends / public holidays.
• All goods will be delivered directly to the address stipulated when placing an order. Shipping costs are R75.00 and 5% of the value of the order, capped at R1000.00 This is automatically calculated at check out.
• Delivery of the Goods shall be at the Purchaser's risk as soon as they leave C&R Brand Solutions, irrespective of who is responsible for the delivery of the Goods. If the Purchaser fails to take delivery when tendered, risk passes as soon as delivery is tendered even if the Goods have not left.
• All Goods displayed on the limestore.tech website are subject to availability. If Goods ordered are out of stock, the Purchaser will be informed and such Goods placed on back order. Please allow for a 4–6 week delivery time for out-of-stock items.

Pricing

• The price of the ordered Goods will be the price listed on the limestore.tech website.
• All prices on limestore.tech include VAT.

Payment / Cancellations

• Payment for the Goods shall be routed through a secure payment gateway to conclude the transaction on checkout.
• The Purchaser would be required to enter relevant details upon registration with the gateway and acknowledge their terms and conditions.
• Secure Electronic Fund Transfers (“EFTs”) , and credit card payments will be accepted by the payment gateway.
• Cancellation of Orders shall not be permitted once received by Brand Solutions. Goods purchased are non-refundable.
• Goods will only be despatched upon Client receiving the confirmation of funds from the Payment gateway.

Returns

• Lesaka and C&R Brand Solutions assume no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect laundering or poor care. Care instructions are included with garments.
• Please refer to the returns and exchange policy on the website for instructions and procedures.
• Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery in original packaging or, at the discretion of C&R Brand Solutions, in undamaged/unsoiled condition.
• C&R Brand Solutions reserves the right to inspect returned Goods before approving exchanges. Shipment costs are for the Purchaser unless the item is proven faulty.
• All returns must be accompanied by original documentation, including delivery receipts, invoices, and proof of payment.
